A yearly fee is required to access the digital wayfinding manager, developer sections, documentation, and API key. Additionally, this product includes a digital signage CMS manager - so you can control the "screensaver" content - with ads and important information.
In order for the product to work correctly, you need a reliable internet connection - which is why we have an integrated LTE (cellular) solution option available. Everything else will run as long as you supply "power" - very easy to maintain and install. You can purchase LTE (with or without a SIM card) depending on your region. WIFI or ETH (cable) can also be used to connect the product - but we recommend LTE.
What color do you want to have on the digital furniture?
Information labeling shows the public that this is a digital Wayfinder. We highly recommend this option be included.
When you purchase a digital wayfinding product from us for the first time, we recommend a meeting or workshop where we can answer any questions and suggest ideas. In most cases, our workshops last between 30 minutes and 60 minutes, which is enough time for us to understand and help you deploy a successful digital wayfinding program. If you are ordering more wayfinding products for existing ones, workshops are not necessary.
Based on the blueprints and information you provide, we build your map model. You will need the map model if you are adding your first wayfinding product. This map model is a tailored "map" of your building - read more about it in our "services" section. Any number of products can be ordered for the same "map", but if you need a new map, you can order it at any time.
Our map models are visually stunning, and they can be viewed from any angle. High-resolution images are exported and automatically re-encoded to fit any device.
Digital Wayfinder content can be automated if you use a CMS system such as Umbraco, Optimizely, or WordPress (other CMS systems require research and development). We can extract existing content from one of these standardized CMS systems to automate content entry into Wayfinder. If you're interested, check out services and automate products. Automation does not need to be added immediately - it can always be added later.
The external "I" information sign indicates to the public that this digital Wayfinder can be used to find information. It is highly recommended that you use it. Near the product, this sign is mounted or installed.
Using IoT devices we can enable more remote functions such as power control and more, ensuring effective remote support. You can rely on our support team to ensure your digital wayfinding is running smoothly.
Are you interested in SMS being available in the Terminal Interface UX (User Experience)? When people use the product, they can wirelessly send/share a wayfinding guide to any smartphone. They can click on the "SMS" and it will load the "guide" (MVG | NavApp).

We offer two different options for managing digital signage based on the type of user.
We call it "MVG Root user | CMS" for advanced users.
It's a top-down view of technical client/user/group management, where you can create any structure you like.
Additionally, if you're a creative user and would prefer something more simplistic, you can view "MVG Creative user | CMS". For those who want to focus more on media content and online design/creation.
We will assist you in setting up the structure you desire based on what you want.

Our first-line support includes checking on the client each morning after the installation has been confirmed remotely. Any issues we see will be communicated to your designated support person.
This digital wayfinding terminal is our high-end model with a designer’s touch on the form factor. Including our unique “terminal UX” application. It is also created with a high quality material, demonstrating its high-quality construction. No rough edges and smooth corners all around the product.
It is made to be used with our an industry leading multi-touch screen 43.5″, embedded mediaplayer and internet (celluar) so its very easy to install the product anywhere.
From the product you also get the “MVG | NavApp” wirelessly (click here to read more about that product) application which then enables complete navigation from any smartphone. The application is wirelessly transferred from the Terminal UX product through QR codes or SMS.
The QR codes are designed and styled so they match your company’s profile. This is also very important to ensure that only you can create the codes from our manager. The SMS function is optional – and can be used with the Terminal UX.
We offer a daily (workdays) first line support on all our products after purchase. We include a one year cost for this. After the first year this subscription will be updated according to what you will need.
Using our “Monitoring CMS” system our support team will help you make sure everything is up and running – you will also be able to see all your device up-n-running. You can read more about our support tool here (Moniroting CMS).
Thanks to this tool our teams can remotely and quickly fix/patches/problem solve remotely. On-site problem solving requires we work togheter after purchase to setup the correct communication channels to electricians or other on-site personal (or external companies).
Automation is our key service that enables unique connections to your existing data (database) to automatically send (export) information to our product(s) in a usable way. This means you can continue to work with your existing systems – the content on our digital wayfinding products is updated automatically (saves you time and makes sures webb/app/terminal/signage all have the correct information (in realtime). We can develop and add a unique (API/Widget) connection that makes this possible after you have purchased any of our products.
